Our vehicle sustained a puncture whilst dumping flood damaged property at Musgrave Park, West End. After a number of unsuccessful phone calls, I was given your number and I am extremely pleased to have received it.

From the effort you went to locating a technician, replacing the lyre at no cost to us, to the end result of taking our tyre back to your business for repair, we were left feeling absolutely inspired by your generosity. We witnessed amazing contrasts last weekend, from sheer flood devastation and heart broken homeowners, to the emotional high of seeing hundreds of people offering assistance with the clean up effort. The generosity of both yourself and Dennis, your highly skilled and personable technician, was the icing on the cake.

Recently I took my family on holidays and decided to have all my wheels balanced, rotated and checked prior to my leaving. I came to your business as I was recommended by a work colleague. As we are new to the town of orange I take all the advice I can as to the best places to go for services etc.

I would like to let you know that I received impeccable service from your team. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who was more than happy to help as well as give me a ride back to work. He also came and picked me up once the car was ready. I also found the service man who worked on my vehicle was extremely helpful and explained everything that he was doing that day to me so I understood. Originally I am from Melbourne and service like this is just unheard of. I patiicularly wanted to take the time to congratulate you and your team on a fantastic job and a wonderful business to visit. Mark Sheen and Tony Fenech are courteous and polite and I had the honour of being driven home when I dropped my car in for a service at Beaurepaires Wyong. The store is immaculately maintained and the benches are spotless when compared to other tyre stores that are an eye sore to behold. These two lads seem to do their job effortlessly and they really cared about not only the job on hand, but in a personal way about my well being. That little extra was way beyond my expectation and all things were well handled with the proper attitude throughout the whole deal. This company will go from strength to strength and I wish all other stores will follow suit. Please pass on to the highest levels of management.

I am complimenting the Beaurepaires Nambour branch of their customer service. I called in there yesterday after discovering a nail in my front RH tyre, which was almost deflated. I had driven from Coolum Beach and the tyre was fine but it seems that the heating of the tyre caused the deflation. The nail was probably lodged in the tyre some days ago (I suspect after a neighbourly dispute as the last time this happened, my car cover was stolen). The men at Nambour attended to the tyre promptly. I was on my way to a service station to put air in the tyre when I saw the Beaurepaires "station" so headed there instead. I noticed that the other tyres were checked, including the spare, but when I came home I noticed that all tyres had black paint applied, and the plastic valve cap had been replaced with nice shiny silver ones. I have mentioned this service and two people have commented that they had also received wonderful attention at Nambour. So I would like my thanks to be conveyed to them. When my vehicle tyres need replacing I will be heading their way.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for the excellent service that was afforded to me by George and John at the Beaurepaires North Ryde store. I am more than happy with the recommended Dunlops which were fitted to my VW Jetta - I noticed a 150% improvement as soon as I drove out the store. I would like to compliment John on his professionalism and courteous manner in which I was served. It is extremely refreshing to be attended to by an enthusiastic person who listened and answered all my questions. In fact John's service ethic was not only extended to myself, but to every customer whilst I was waiting for my tyres to be fitted. Again thank you and congratulations for the excellent service I received - I will be strongly recommending George and his team to all my family, friends and work colleagues for their tyre needs.

I wish to pay a huge compliment to Beaurepaires for the exceptional service our company has received from the Southport branch since the new manager Nathan Hillier started. He has personally looked after our business and caters for our every need and makes buying tyres so easy. As our company runs a nightshift at 6.30pm we were experiencing difficulty fitting 4 tyres to a customer’s car, I called Nathan for over the phone guidance, but he insisted in coming in to help us out. The tyres were fitted, the customer left happy and we were just overwhelmed with gratitude for this exceptional customer service as displayed by your Manager. Please pass this on to his superiors as he is a staff member you need to look after and hopefully keep at the Southport branch for a very long time.
