Beaurepaires Parramatta helping consumers to make the right tyre choice

September 2014

Beaurepaires is proud to announce the opening of a new consumer-focused concept store in Parramatta as part of its ongoing efforts to make tyre buying easier. In a show of commitment to the area, Beaurepaires Parramatta is introducing residents to a completely refreshed and relaxed tyre servicing experience so that they can make the right choice for their vehicles and driving needs.

The new format Beaurepaires stores have been designed with a focus on improving the customer experience. Complete with refreshment stations, work areas, TVs and an interaction pod featuring free WiFi – the aim is to provide customers with the tools and resources they may require to make their visit more enjoyable. Beaurepaires have also expanded its existing range of products and services of wheels, tyres and batteries to now include brake servicing for a more complete offering.

“The new Beaurepaires stores have been a labour of love and an exciting development for the business. At Beaurepaires, we’re focused on improving the customer journey and subsequent satisfaction of everyone who steps through our doors, and this is the next evolution in adapting to better suit our customers’ needs,” said Rob Lewis, Vice President of Beaurepaires’ consumer tyre business.
In celebration of the new Beaurepaires Parramatta concept store, a grand opening event will be held on Saturday, 6 September, from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Featuring a range of activities the whole family can enjoy; parents and kids will be able to go head-to-head on a slot car circuit, have their faces painted and enter in a colouring-in competition with some great prizes on offer.

Visitors will also be greeted with a free sausage sizzle and light refreshments, while Beurepaires will be offering fantastic in-store discounts from Thursday 4 September to Saturday 6 September.
