WHAT DO I NEED TO USE OPENPAY?
- When applying for Openpay, you will be asked to provide personal information, and you must:
- Pay your first instalment
- Be aged 18+ years old
- Provide your mobile number
- Provide a valid email address
- Provide details of debit or credit card in your name.
- Provide a valid AU photo ID (or NZ if a resident there)

- How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy. Do it at the checkout or download the Openpay app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. - Do you really charge no interest?
Yes, whatever the type of Openpay plan you choose, it will always be interest free. - What about fees?
If you miss a payment, you may becharged a late fee. Full details will be in your plan welcome email. Some plans may also include a management fee. You’ll be told upfront if this applies to your plan. - Does Openpay perform a credit check?
Depending on the purchase amount you are making, you may be asked to consent to a credit check. In those instances, your consent will be clearly requested before a credit check is performed and your Openpay plan is created. Please note, this will lodge a credit check which may impact your credit score. - Is Openpay safe and secure?
Yes, protecting your information is very important to us. All sensitive information is encrypted and we maintain stringent physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information. View our privacy policy - What is the refund policy when paying with Openpay?
Items purchased online using Openpay may be returned for a refund by posting it to our Online Store or exchanged in store for another item or gift card. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid. We are unable to issue refunds in store for orders placed online with Openpay. All refunds and exchanges are subject to our refund and exchange policy having been met.
